Set Ready Training Pilot graphic

The Set Ready programme launched in January 2021.  Funded by ScreenSkills and in partnership with Fully Focused and Creative Sparkworks.  It was a collaborative effort to finally roll the programme out after the delays with Covid restrictions.

Set ready was commissioned in July by BECTU for their Career Changers members from Theatre, Live Events and recent graduates.  The bespoke training programme is tailored to the needs of the individual group to support skills gaps and employment visibility.
